20 years ago, my decision to embark upon this "Personal Development Path" was out of necessity. I was an active heroin addict and my life was descending into madness pretty quickly! After a handful of times going to rehab I discovered I MUST change... at a very core level if I am to stay clean and live! So I did. I began journaling, attending AA meetings, and really trying to figure out how my life ended up the way it was. Since, I have been through so much! Not only have I stayed clean all these years but I have started a family, had a spiritual awakening, created a successful online business and social media presence, and many other things as well! Here, this website however is where you can learn about what I'm doing, what's working, what I'm learning to help me continue to strive to become the best version of myself. So welcome!
